Suitability

As per L.N 178/2001, obtaining a Food Handling License is a requirement for all people working in the catering sector.

This Food Handling Course B is suitable for people who are directly involved in the preparation and production of food such as chefs, pastry chefs, butchers, bakers etc.

It is also a requirement for those applying for their working permit/VISA, teachers and childcarers who handle food.

Our courses are fully recognised by the Food Safety Commission of Malta.
