Suitability:

This first aid course is aimed to specifically target those first aid needs restaurant employees are likely to come across in any dining area. It is suitable for serving staff that could come across first aid cases where customers are involved and for kitchen staff who could come across first aid cases where kitchen staff themselves are involved. It is highly recommended for all those employees who work in catering industry or surrounding premises such as security guards or maintenance staff both if it is there first time or need to refresh there existent first aid course.

 

Course Assessment:

At the end of the session, participants are assessed by a multiple choice assessment sheet to assess understanding of main topics and any weaknesses are addressed to.
