Maternity Risk Assessment

A maternity risk assessment ensures that pregnant employees are not exposed to any hazard to heatlh whilst these are pregnant and at work. Besides being a legal requirement, this will ensure that hazards in the area of work where the pregnant employee is working, are identified, risk calculated and all necessary safety measures introduced and implemented. This will ensure a high level of safety and well-being to both the pregnant employee and the unborn baby.
