Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATIONS:  Non-attendance  of  booked delegates  may  deny  someone  on  the  waiting  list  for  the  course and the  opportunity  to  attend for it. If  you  book  a  place  but  do  not  attend  for the course and fail to notify, St Bernard’s reserves the  right  to  charge  you  the  full  cost  of  the place. Pre-payment is required when booking a place for a course. For group bookings, prepayment is required once the booking is confirmed. No refunds are given once a booking is made, confirmed and paid for. However payment for a course not attended to, will be given as credit which can be utilized for any other future course within 3 months or as per agreement between both parties. Certificates are only sent to delegates once course payment is settled. Although we do our best to send courses certificates within a short timeframe from course completion, delivery of certificates may take up to 3 weeks. 

 

REFUNDS: Once a course is paid for, no refunds can be given. Course bookings, especially online courses entail back office work which makes the paid course fee non-refundable. However, the student would not lose the value of the money paid and should unforeseen circumstances arise, money paid will be kept as credit for the student to be used in the future on the same course. Course fee paid is non-transferrable and has to be used by the person who paid it and it cannot be used on any other courses, except if there is an agreement between the institute and the student. No refunds are given in circumstances where the institute would have no control on, in which situation the institute would either provide new course dates or provide the fee paid as credit for the student. In the unforeseen circumstances where the institute would need to cancel a course, the institute has the right or provide students who would have paid course fee, alternative course dates or provide them with the option to do the course online.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  The person booking the course is agreeing to the terms and conditions and is doing so on behalf of the above Institute. Dates of courses or training venue may be changed, if circumstances arise onto which the institute would not have control on. All courses are held in English language unless otherwise stated. ONLINE COURSES: All online courses purchased have a deadline of completion of  30 days. Once the 30 day completion window elapsed, an additional charge of Euro 5 would need to be paid by the student so course account is re-opened for another 30 days.
